Stephanie Fialloss

Stephanie Fialloss is a Federal Investigator at the EEOC, where responsibilities include investigating job discrimination complaints and taking action against violations of workplace discrimination laws. In addition, Fialloss is an Associate Member of the Federalist Society, the Pre-Law Society at CSULA, and Pi Sigma Alpha, showcasing a commitment to law and political science. As a Student Delegate for the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, Fialloss supports initiatives aiding Hispanic students. Previous experiences include serving as a Legislative Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities involved constituent engagement and office support, along with political internships and volunteer work in community organizing and advocacy. Fialloss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from California State University, Los Angeles, and multiple Associate Degrees from West Los Angeles College.
