Perla Rodriguez

Perla Rodriguez is an experienced education leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Education Programs at the Hispanic Federation since September 2020. Prior to this role, Perla held positions as the Director and Manager of Education Programs within the same organization. Perla's experience includes working as a College Success Manager at Latino U College Access and serving as an English Curriculum and Instruction Specialist for the CUNY K-16 Initiative at The City University of New York from January 2017 to May 2020. Additional academic roles include adjunct professorships at Westchester Community College and the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Perla Rodriguez holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The New School, a Master of Arts in Secondary English Education from The City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Skidmore College.
