Juana Pacheco's work experience begins in 1991 at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as a Researcher in the Office of Economic & Policy Analysis. Juana then went on to work as the Director of Development at the Puerto Rican Association for Community Affairs in 1993. In 1994, they became the President of the East Harlem Chamber of Commerce. Lastly, they worked at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund as part of the Corporate Development team from 2012 to 2015. Currently, Juana is the Chief Development Officer at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation.
