Briana Swift

Deputy Region 16 President at Hispanic National Bar Association

Briana Swift has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Briana began their career as an Investigator at the U.S. Department of Labor from June 2016 to August 2018. Briana then joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, where they provided legal research and writing. In 2018, they became an Associate Attorney at K&L Gates, specializing in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. Additionally, Briana has been involved in the legal field through their roles at the Hispanic National Bar Association, where they served as the Region 16 President and Deputy Region 16 President. Briana also worked as a Senior Researcher and Associate Editor at the National Center for Interpretation at the University of Arizona.

Briana Swift obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Arizona, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Lewis & Clark Law School, studying there from 2012 to 2015.
