Megan McCann

Megan McCann has been involved in a number of professional roles since 1993. Megan began their career as an Admission Counselor at Wittenberg University in 1993, and then served as an Assistant Dean of Admission and Director of International Recruitment at the same university from 1994 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Compuware as an Account Manager and Senior Staffing Manager, where they re-engineered the recruiting process and grew their sales territory from zero to 25 people. In 2000, they became a Partner and Vice President at Geneva Technical Services, LLC (GTS). In 2011, they founded McCann Partners, a recruitment firm based in Chicago. In 2013, they co-founded ARA Mentors, an organization committed to attracting, retaining, and advancing women in technology roles. In 2017, they became a Mentor, Speaker, and Committee Member at Chicago Innovation. In 2019, they joined Aleria Research Corporation as an Advisory Board Member. In 2020, they became a Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Finally, in 2022, they became a Member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power.

Megan McCann attended Wittenberg University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and minors in Communications and Business Administration. Megan also attended the World Staffing Summit in February 2022.
