Julie Hite

Julie Hite is the current Chief Operating Officer at the Theirpanic Scholarship Fund, and has held various other notable positions at a number of companies throughout their career.

Julie began their career in 1998 as a Marketing Director at three different law firms in California. In this role, they were responsible for leading the marketing and business development initiatives for the firms. This included working closely with different departments on developing and implementing marketing and business development plans, as well as managing all aspects of the firm's branding and marketing strategy.

In 2006, they left the law firm world to become a Director at Blattel Communications. Julie held this position for a year before becoming a Business Development, Marketing & Communications Consultant at HITE COMMUNICATIONS, a position they held for seven years.

Most recently, they were the Director of Development & Communications at the Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood from 2014 to 2015, and the Director of Development, Marketing & Communications at the Catholic Education Foundation from 2015 to 2016. Julie assumed their current role as COO of the Theirpanic Scholarship Fund in 2016.

Julie Hite has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Washington and Certificates in Nonprofit Leadership and Leading for Organizational Impact from Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and Center for Creative Leadership respectively.
