Mrutyunjay Mahindre is a dedicated professional in urban and regional planning with a focus on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects. Currently serving as State Project Coordinator and Senior Consultant at Water.org since July 2019, Mrutyunjay leads initiatives in partnership with WaterAid India and Shramik Bharti NGO. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and implementing sustainable WASH enterprises. Previously, as a Consultant, Mrutyunjay spearheaded the WASH Ecosystem project under the Women + Water alliance in collaboration with various governmental and non-governmental organizations. An internship at Prasanna Desai Architects involved surveying and proposing bicycle lanes in Pune. Mrutyunjay holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT University and a B.Tech in Town Planning from COEP Technological University.
