Afsana Laizu

Afsana Laizu is currently the Head of Anatomic Pathology at Afsana'stofi. Afsana was previously an Associate Professor at the Medical College for Women and Hospital in Dhaka, Bangladesh from November 2007 to July 2012 where they taught Anatomy, Afsana'stology and Developmental Anatomy. Afsana was also an Assistant Professor at the same hospital from October 2004 to November 2007.

Afsana Laizu has a Master of Science in Cell Biology and Anatomy from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Medical University, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Medicine & Surgery from Sir Salimullah Medical College in Dhaka, Bangladesh, a High School Diploma from Holly Cross College in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and an SSC from Viqarun Nisa Noon School in Dhaka.

They are on a team with Ranjeet Shetye - COO & Head of IT, Anthony Lombardo - Head of Finance, and Laura Ike - Head of Digital Pathology. Afsana Laizu reports to Sikder M Zakir, Founder & CEO.
