Filip Bojanowski

Filip Bojanowski is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Tech Lead at CON-LINQ since November 2023, Filip also holds the position of CTO and co-founder at Historian, a company focused on enhancing webshop KPI understanding through automated registration of changes. Previously, as Head of Software Development at COACH Solutions, Filip managed a team of up to eight technical staff, contributing to significant company growth and efficiency improvements. Filip's early career includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Mouseflow, where full-stack development and DevOps responsibilities were key, and as a Full Stack .NET Developer at GO DREAM A/S, where a transition to cloud-based architecture and mentorship of junior developers were notable achievements. Filip holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen, earned in 2014.
