Laura Smiarowski

Laura Smiarowski is the current Chief Financial Officer & Assistant Treasurer at Laura'storic Deerfield. Laura has also served as the Interim Director of Community Based Learning Programs at Mount Holyoke College and as the Controller and Associate Treasurer at Smith College. Laura Smiarowski began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where they worked as a Senior Audit Associate from 1994 to 1999. Laura then became the Controller at Hampshire College, a position they held until 2008 when they took on the role of Controller and Associate Treasurer at Smith College.

Laura Smiarowski has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Smith College and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

They are on a team with Anne D. Lanning - SVP, Curatorial Department, Jesse Vanek - VP, Development & Communications, and Jeanne Solensky - Librarian. Laura Smiarowski reports to John Davis, President & CEO.
