Graziella Welsh

Graziella Welsh is currently the Learning & Development Lead at Historic Environment Scotland since March 2023. Prior to this role, Graziella worked as a Learning & Development Regional Officer at The Salvation Army from April 2019 to April 2023, and as a Training Advisor and L&D Coordinator at Scottish Water from May 2007 to April 2019. Graziella also has experience as a Learning and Development Coordinator at B&Q and as a Recruitment Administrator. Graziella holds a Masters in Human Resource Management with merit from Strathclyde Business School, a Bachelor of Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, and completed courses in Environmental Studies and HR Management throughout their education. Graziella has a strong background in coordinating training, managing employee records, and dealing with operational issues within various organizations.
