Debra Whittingham

Debra Whittingham has a diverse and impressive background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Governor and Head of Operations and Security at Historic Royal Palaces, Debra previously held the position of Director of Operations at Cobseo. With experience in specialist training, intelligence analysis, and naval operations, Debra has a strong educational foundation including a CMI Level 8 qualification from Alliance Manchester Business School.
