Heather Thomas Sandford has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Sales Assistant at Superdry, where they provided excellent customer service and worked in a large sales team. Heather then worked as a Historic Properties Steward at English Heritage from 2014 to 2016, overseeing weddings, conducting show rounds for clients, and maintaining historic buildings.

From 2016 to 2018, Heather worked at Royal Museums Greenwich as an Events Sales and Business Development Officer, where they focused on proactive and reactive sales and marketing for multiple venues. Heather'sresponsibilities included marketing activities, responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships with industry contacts, and exploring business expansion. Heather also had skills in using CRM systems, social media promotion, and creating marketing campaigns.

Currently, Heather is working as a Senior Business Development Executive at Historic Royal Palaces since 2018, where they continue their role in business development and has taken on the position of a team lead.
