Suzanne Tuer has extensive work experience in marketing and customer relations. Suzanne began their career as a Consultant at Ship Shape Resources in September 2007. Suzanne then transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for planning and executing various marketing activities until June 2014.

In 2014, Suzanne joined Reed Business Information as a Marketing Executive, focusing on the Community Care brand. Suzanne created and reviewed marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the website, subscription products, conferences, online events, and job boards, until March 2016.

Since 2016, Suzanne has been affiliated with Historic Royal Palaces. Suzanne started as a Marketing Executive, overseeing marketing operations until February 2020. Suzanne then took on the position of CRM Data and Insight Executive (secondment) until January 2021. After that, they served as the Customer Communications Manager until January 2022.

Currently, Suzanne holds the position of CRM Manager at Historic Royal Palaces, starting in February 2022. Suzanne'sfocus is on managing the customer relationship management systems to enhance communication and engagement with customers.

Suzanne Tuer attended The University of Edinburgh from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their MA Hons degree in Business Studies. Suzanne later pursued further education at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, obtaining a Digital Marketing Diploma. Additionally, they completed a program focused on Advanced Email Marketing at the same institute.
