Maryam Rafia

Maryam Rafia currently serves as the General Counsel at IBEC Inc. since December 2017, overseeing all legal affairs including compliance and various agreements. In addition, Maryam holds the position of Corporate Counsel at Historide, Inc. since March 2015, where responsibilities include legal drafting and negotiations. Previously, Maryam worked as a Purchasing Agent and Executive Assistant at golsam gorgan from June 2006 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a focus on Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law from Western State College of Law (2014-2017), a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University (1999-2004), and a high school diploma in Mathematics from Aboureyhan (1993-1997).
