Luke Perkins

Luke Perkins is currently serving as the Manager of Communications and Public Relations at History Colorado. As a graduate student in the Public History Department at the University of Colorado Denver, they also hold the position of Youth Programs Manager. Previously, Luke has worked in various roles including Before and After School Director at Cherry Creek School District, Denver Bureau Reporter at Durango Herald, and Editor in Chief at The Independent Student News Organization at Fort Lewis College. They also have experience as a Site Coordinator at Durango School District and have volunteered at Durango fire and rescue. Luke is pursuing a Masters in Public/Applied History at the University of Colorado Denver.
