Arnab Mukherjee has a strong background in SAP business and delivery management. Arnab is currently the Global Head of SAP Business at Hitachi Digital Services, where they have led the business through a growth trajectory by focusing on customer-centricity and value additions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of SAP Business for Hitachi Digital Services India, where they achieved significant top-line growth and margin improvement.

Before joining Hitachi, Arnab worked at Capgemini for over 15 years, holding various leadership positions. Arnab established the Accelerated Delivery & Operations Center, generating substantial revenue from multiple clients. As the SAP Operations Leader for North American Markets, they played a key role in restructuring the SAP team and leading workforce transformation initiatives. Additionally, Arnab led the Global College Hire Assimilation and Mentoring Program, consolidating SAP campus hire programs and reducing deployment time.

Earlier in their career, Arnab worked at Caritor as a Senior Software Engineer/SAP Consultant. Overall, their work experience reflects their expertise in SAP business, delivery management, and driving growth and transformation for organizations.

Arnab Mukherjee completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended The Assembly of God Church School in India for their High School education, completing the Indian School Certificate Examination from 1984 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Arnab has obtained various certifications from institutions such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and SAP, including AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) and SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager.
