Julia Pecho

Julia Pecho, SPHR is the Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Hitachi Digital Services. Prior to this, Julia served as HR Leader, HRBP and Talent Enablement Organizations at Hitachi Vantara. With a career spanning over two decades, Julia has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Huron and Accenture. Julia's experience includes roles such as Director of HR Strategy, North America Midwest Region HR Leader, and Director of Global HR Business Partner. Julia's early career as a Human Resources Generalist at Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson has laid a strong foundation for their successful HR career. Julia is a graduate of Roosevelt University.
