Stephanie Pol

Stephanie Pol, PHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Senior Manager at Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. since November 2014. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Maxim Integrated and as Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Knowledge Learning Corporation, where responsibilities included managing employee relations and supporting a large workforce. Additionally, as Area Director of HR at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Stephanie established a comprehensive Human Resources Department. Stephanie began a notable career in the industry at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as an Area Human Resources Manager. Stephanie earned a degree in Sociology/Human Relations from Portland State University, completed in 1999.
