Samantha Perera

Samantha Perera is a Lead User Researcher at Hitachi Solutions Europe, with previous experience in a similar role at Improbable and Wonderbly. Prior to her current role, she held positions at Thriva Health, S&F Services, and the NHS, where she gained experience in user research, customer experience, and support functions. Samantha has a Master's degree in War and Psychiatry from King's College London, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling, and a BSc Study Abroad in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
