Alexandre Crespo

Alexandre Crespo has a strong background in business intelligence and IT analysis. Alexandre started their career at G2 Worldwide, where they provided support on various projects and played a role as an IT analyst. Alexandre then moved on to Cap Gemini as a business intelligence junior consultant before joining Avanade as a business intelligence consultant. In 2013, Alexandre joined Hitachi Solutions as a senior business intelligence consultant, where they worked on various projects in industries such as sport business, consumer package goods, and oil and gas. Alexandre held roles such as technical lead and project manager, and they were involved in the design, analysis, and implementation of BI solutions. In 2016, Alexandre transitioned to Hitachi Solutions America, where they have held roles as a solutions principal, senior solutions architect in analytics and AI, and currently, as the CTO for retail, CPG, and professional services.

Alexandre Crespo completed their education in the field of Computer Engineering and Data Mining. From 2004 to 2009, they attended Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) where they earned an Engineer's degree. In 2007, they also spent a year at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid studying Computer Engineering. In 2008, Alexandre briefly attended the University of Rhode Island, focusing on Project Management, Econometrics, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Management.

In addition to their formal education, Alexandre has obtained various certifications. Alexandre is a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Data Fundamentals, Azure IoT Developer Specialty, Data Analyst Associate, and Azure Data Scientist Associate. Alexandre also holds the MCSE: Data Management and Analytics certification from Microsoft and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Their certifications demonstrate their expertise in various areas, including Azure, data analysis, and project management.
