Brad Koontz

Brad Koontz has a strong background in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Brad started their career at MCA Connect as a Business Consultant, where they contributed to the acquisition by I.B.I.S., Inc. Brad then moved on to I.B.I.S., Inc. as a Senior Project Management Consultant before joining Customer Effective as the Director of Product and Presales. During their time at Customer Effective, the company was acquired by Hitachi Solutions, where they continued to excel in their role. At Hitachi Solutions, Brad held positions such as Director of Product and Presales, Vice President of the Open Innovation Center, and currently serves as the Vice President of Presales. Throughout their career, Brad has been instrumental in expanding companies, managing intellectual property programs, and leading teams in developing business and delivering cloud solutions for enterprise-level clients.

Brad Koontz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from The University of Georgia. Brad also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
