Joe Corcoran

Joe Corcoran serves as the Senior Director of Services and Delivery at Hitachi Vantara Federal since January 2024. Previously, Joe was the Chief Business Officer at Dorrean from April 2021 to January 2024, and served as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at Govplace from June 2009 to April 2021, where responsibilities included strategic direction and supervision of a multi-million dollar service delivery portfolio focused on federal clients. Joe's earlier roles include Director of NIH Operations, Division Lead for Strategic Program Development, and Business Development Manager at Govplace, as well as experience in business development at IntelliDyne, LLC, and market intelligence at Federal Sources, Inc. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in Communications/Public Relations from Virginia Tech.
