Phil Vadon

Phil Vadon is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in professional and managed services, currently serving as GM and Vice President of HC² at Hitachi Vantara since December 2004. Vadon has held key roles, including Vice President of America's Services, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, delivery, and the customer experience. Prior positions include Vice President of Eastern Region Global Accounts, where leadership of a sales team catered to targeted Global Accounts, and District Manager for New York, focused on customer base expansion. Prior to Hitachi Vantara, Vadon worked at Dell EMC as a Global Sales Executive and co-founded XNTechnology, serving as Chief Operating Officer. As National Sales Director at Winstar Communications, Vadon led the delivery of managed Oracle solutions. Vadon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan University.
