Alessandra Rivetto

Alessandra Rivetto currently serves as the L&D Global Delivery Manager at Hitachi Rail since May 2019, and also holds roles as the L&D Global Referent for Special Projects and Global Senior Organisation & Development. Prior to this, Alessandra worked at e:lab srl as a Consultant, focusing on Digital Enterprise projects and Social Collaboration solutions. Alessandra's extensive experience at Piaggio Aerospace spanned over a decade, with various positions including HR Learning, Development & Training Manager, Training Manager specializing in Internal Communication and Change Management, and International Mobility Manager. Earlier roles include HR Management at Piaggio Aero France, recruitment responsibilities at The Adecco Group France, and serving as Director of Studies at Inlingua. Alessandra Rivetto holds a D.E.S.S. in Ingénierie et psychologie des Ressources Humaines from Université Côte d'Azur.
