Barbara Conti

Barbara Conti has extensive work experience in the railway industry. Barbara started their career in 2002 at Ansaldo STS A Hitachi Group Company, where they worked as a software developer and later as a system engineer. Barbara then moved into roles such as senior product development engineer and business analysis and development for railway projects. In 2017, they became the manager of continuous improvement, overseeing the implementation of improvement initiatives. In 2018, they joined Hitachi Rail as a principal project engineer, working on various railway projects. Barbara has also held positions as head of staffing knowledge and processes management, head of governance, control, and improvement PMO, and project director for Etihad Stage 2. Barbara's experience includes managing teams, analyzing business cases, defining technical solutions, and ensuring project delivery on budget and on time.

Barbara Conti earned a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova, studying from 1996 to 2001.
