Rachel Evans McIpd

Rachel Evans MCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Rachel is currently serving as the HR Director UK & Ireland at Hitachi Rail. Prior to this role, they worked as the HR Director, Business Partnering and Head of HR, Service & Maintenance Division at the same company. Before joining Hitachi Rail, Rachel was the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where they provided strategic HR support to senior leaders and executive team members. Rachel also served as the Lead HR Business Partner at Caterpillar Inc., where they led a team and was responsible for strategic HR planning and delivery across multiple manufacturing facilities. Earlier in their career, Rachel held positions as a Senior HR Officer at DHL Services Ltd and as an HR Officer at SEWS-E. Rachel started their career at Accenture as a Senior Case Advisor.

Rachel Evans MCIPD completed their BA Honours degree in Business, with a focus on Human Resources, from Staffordshire University between 1998 and 2002. Rachel later obtained their Chartered MCIPD qualification from CIPD.
