Reggie Lynch

Reggie Lynch is a seasoned software quality engineer with extensive experience in leading testing teams across multiple technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Hitachi Rail, Reggie previously held positions at L3Harris Technologies as Lead LTE Radio Software Quality Engineer, where leadership was demonstrated in managing onshore test teams. At Harris RF Communications, Reggie advanced through various roles, including Lead PC Application Software Test Engineer and Acting Manager of the Radio Software Test Group, overseeing both manual and automated testing efforts. Prior to that, Reggie's background includes positions at Honeywell as an Embedded Senior Software Engineer and at Intel Corporation and Nortel Networks in software design and engineering capacities. Reggie holds a BA in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
