Katherine Faleychik

Katherine Faleychik is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hitapps since April 2022. Previously, Katherine held roles at WakeApp, including HR Generalist, Recruitment Lead, and IT Recruiter from September 2019 to April 2022, along with a brief tenure as a Customs Declaration Specialist at Belgruzavtotrans in mid-2019. Katherine obtained a Bachelor's degree in Customs Affairs from Belarusian National Technical University (2015-2019) and a Specialist degree in Psychology from Belarusian State Pedagogical University Named after Maxim Tank (2021-2023). Currently, Katherine is pursuing further education at the Modern International Gestalt Institute "PHENOMENA," expected to complete in 2026.
