Pascal Philippe

Pascal Philippe has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Project Engineer in Traffic Infrastructure at HITEC Luxembourg S.A. since June 2018, Pascal is responsible for creating tender calls and coordinating traffic management systems and tunnel supervision projects. Prior experience includes a role at Veolia Belgium & Luxembourg overseeing health and safety, and nearly 17 years at Twinerg SA as an Operations & Maintenance Engineer, where Pascal managed power plant operations, health and safety initiatives, and environmental compliance. Earlier roles at ENGIE Electrabel involved mechanical maintenance engineering, project management, and radiation safety. Pascal holds a Master’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, alongside an Engineer’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering from various institutions.
