Lou Giraldo

Lou Giraldo, MBA, PMP, CISM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program leadership and IT operations. Currently serving as Program Leader for Global Quality and Supply Chain Transformation at Medtronic, Lou drives cost efficiencies and process improvements in the Diabetes Organization, which generates $2.5 billion in annual revenue. In addition to advising at MPH Tech Academy, Lou plays an active role in the Hispanic Technology Council through HITEC and has held significant leadership positions at Kite Pharma, where Lou directed IT business operations across multiple locations, achieving substantial cost savings. Previous experience includes strategic roles at Gilead Sciences, Covanta, Microsoft, and BHP Billiton, complemented by a diverse educational background from prestigious institutions.
