Rex Fernando

Rex Fernando possesses extensive experience in business development, recruitment, and talent solutions. As the Head of Business Development and Origination at QPQ International since January 2019, Rex focuses on developing strategies to enhance the pipeline for Green Energy projects. Concurrently, since June 2016, Rex has served as a Technical and Creative Recruiter for Hitech Advisors, a talent solutions firm in Seattle. Prior experience includes freelance writing from March 2013 to May 2016, an Executive Recruiter role at Third Sector People Ltd from May 2010 to February 2013, and serving as a Recruitment Manager at Summit HR from March 2002 to July 2006. Rex holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Loyola College, completed between 1999 and 2002.
