Milind Patel has extensive experience in the technology and solutions sector, currently serving as the Head of BPM & Engineering Solutions at Hitech Digital Solutions LLP since December 2017, where responsibilities include profit and revenue growth, leadership development, and business development. Prior to this role, Milind spent 18 years at L&T Infotech, holding the position of Global Delivery Head for a major client in the BFSI sector, overseeing P&L, competency development, and sales support. Additional roles at L&T Infotech included Portfolio Delivery Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Leader, and Software Engineer, with a strong focus on service delivery and operational support. Milind holds an MDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Gujarat University.
