Yaron Yitzhak

Yaron Yitzhak is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Group CFO at KSHARIM PLUS Group since July 2023, overseeing a SaaS-based digital gift-card solution aimed at employee incentives and customer retention. Yaron also holds the position of CFO at HTZONE since April 2017, managing the financial systems of a group specializing in B2B and B2C sales with an annual turnover of NIS 500 million. Previously, Yaron was CFO at Huawei from February 2015 to March 2017, dealing with shareholders and private equity, and served as Group CFO at H.Y. Group from 2000 to 2014, managing a finance department with an annual turnover of approximately NIS 600 million. Yaron holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies.
