Fernando Arias

Fernando Arias has extensive experience in sustainable construction and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Sustainable Construction at HITT Contracting Inc. Previously, Fernando was an Administrator Appointee and TG Co-Chair for the Green Building Advisory Committee at the GSA. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at CarbonSmart Strategies, Fernando has provided expert consultancy in sustainability. Additionally, Fernando held the position of Director of Sustainability at Clark Construction Group, LLC, and worked as a consultant for the Health in Buildings Roundtable at The National Institutes of Health.
