Tony Baird

Tony Baird has more than 33 years in the construction industry, Tony has a wealth of experience and has played a vital role in the success of HITT's site operations for a number of the company's largest confidential data center technology projects. He first joined the HITT team from 2004-2011, then came back in 2013 working in various site operations roles until 2021 when he was promoted to vice president. Tony plays a key role in corporate site operations and provides on-site supervision of team members, planning, scheduling, and quality control. He is responsible for subcontractor performance and implementation of HITT's safety program. Tony provides strategy, constructability, and logistics solutions, ensuring work complies with contract documents. In his role as vice president, he provides leadership to improve relationships with new and existing clients and subcontractors. He also applies project collaboration tools such as Procore and building information modeling (BIM) to ensure quality control and further drive the timely delivery of construction progress.
