Josephine Rapp

Josephine Rapp currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at hitta.se, overseeing all people processes and the overall people strategy while being a member of the Executive management team. Previously, Josephine held various roles at GANT, including Head of HR for the Nordics and Global HR Business Partner, contributing to HR strategy and operations in the Nordic market. Prior to that, Josephine worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Nova Talent, a Senior Recruiter at Coca-Cola European Partners, and a Team Manager at Academic Work Sweden, where responsibilities included recruitment, team management, and employer branding initiatives. Josephine's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications from Lund University and further studies at various prestigious institutions.
