Felipe Rojas Castillo

Felipe Rojas Castillo has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and operations fields. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Hitter Brands. From 2016 to 2021, they served as Gerente Operativo for Smoking Burgers, leading the project from its inception and managing the company's growth during its 5 years of operation, with 8 points of sale in Bogotá. From 2012 to 2016, they were the co-founder of Enterex SAS, an entertainment and gastronomy company in Bogotá, called Smoking Molly. In 2011, they were an Account Executive for Intel and Dell in the NOLA region, managing the account budget and executing marketing and communication campaigns through various initiatives. From 2009 to 2011, they were an intern at Novartis, where they designed, planned, and directed marketing strategies for the solid tumors franchise in the oncology area. Felipe also had experience in managing events and promotional activities.
