Bettina Bonello Ghio is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and human resources, currently serving as a People Scientist at Hive HR since October 2023. Previous roles include Project and Psychology Consultant, Assessment Implementation Specialist, and Customer Onboarding Intern at Sova Assessment from September 2021 to October 2023. Bettina gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Assistant and HR Trainee at The Westin Dragonara Resort from June 2019 to September 2020. Early career experience includes serving as a Social Leader at EC English Language Centres in 2017. Bettina is pursuing a Master of Research in Professional Practice in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, with additional academic qualifications including an MSc in Work Psychology from Loughborough University, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from ICE Malta, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Bath Spa University and the University of Malta.
