Holly Paine Magnuson

Holly Paine Magnuson serves as the Head of Hive People & Organization at Hive Collective, with prior experience spanning multiple leadership roles in human resources and organizational development. Current involvement with Christ Fellowship Church includes serving as an Executive Programs & Strategic Initiatives professional, Organizational Consultant, and Director of Organizational Development. Previous positions include Global Director of HR Strategy at TE Connectivity, Head of Talent Management at Chewy, and Senior Consultant at Hogan Assessment Systems. Notable achievements include establishing HR analytics capabilities at The Hershey Company and implementing talent management strategies at Circuit City. Holly holds a Master's degree from Cornell University and is currently a Doctor of Strategic Leadership student at Regent University.
