Celeste Debolt

Celeste Debolt has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Celeste began their career at Shelby County Bank in 1997, where they worked in Research/Proof/Accounting until 2001. Celeste then moved on to Advance America, where they held various roles, including Divisional Director of Operations from 2001 to 2006 and later as a Product Management from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, they joined Purpose Financial in 2018 as a Senior Manager - Central Operations until 2020. From there, they worked at Heights Finance Corporation as the Director of Operations from 2020 to 2022. Celeste'smost recent position is as Director, Lending Operations at Hive Financial Systems, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Celeste has gained substantial experience in operations management and training.

Celeste Debolt attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Accounting with a focus on Finance. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Edwardsville Senior High School from 1981 to 1985. In 2015, Celeste obtained the certification of Credentialed ATD Master Trainer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
