Sunetra B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sunetra started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at IMPACT Management Services in 2003, where they recruited IT industry talent and handled salary negotiations and business development. Sunetra then worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Calsoft Pvt. Ltd. from 2004 to 2006, specializing in talent acquisition and eventually transitioning to talent management.

In 2006, Sunetra joined Black & Veatch as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, responsible for various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, training, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. Sunetra also collaborated with stakeholders and global HR counterparts to align HR strategies and goals.

From 2011 to 2015, Sunetra served as a Human Resources Manager at Pramata, where they crafted and implemented HR strategies, administered HR programs and policies, and served as a business partner and HR leader.

Following a career break from 2015 to 2018, during which they took on freelance talent advisory work, volunteered as a Jobsforher Ambassador, contributed to HR articles, and participated in virtual HR conferences, Sunetra joined Hiver in 2018. Sunetra first assumed the role of Head of Talent and People Success, partnering with the leadership team to build a sustainable work culture and enhance the employee experience as the organization grew from 30 to 180 members. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director Human Resources - Talent Management at Hiver. In this role, they designed and implemented key HR programs, spearheaded talent management and development initiatives, and advised the leadership team on people-related matters.

Sunetra B. pursued their education in a diligent and planned manner. Sunetra began their academic journey in 1999 at Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Sunetra'sstudies at this institution continued until 2001.

Eager to further their knowledge in the field of Human Resources Management and Services, Sunetra enrolled in the Institute Of Business Management and Research. Sunetra successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2001 to 2003, with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their formal education, Sunetra B. obtained an HR 40Under40 Certification from Jombay in December 2019. This certification showcases their expertise and demonstrates their commitment to professional development in the human resources field.
