Mónica Beatriz Funes Martínez

Mónica Beatriz Funes Martínez has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2002, they worked as an English and Spanish teacher at Berlitz. In 2003, they became an Accounts Receivables Manager at Maersk Line, where they also held roles as a Freight Cashier Supervisor and Demurrage Supervisor. Mónica Beatriz then worked as a Project Coordinator for the COMPITE Program at ITCA-FEPADE from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2017, they worked as a Leadership Development Program Specialist at Compassion International. In 2018, they became a Business Leadership Professor at American College El Salvador until 2022. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Consultancy in Material Didactico at International Justice Mission. Starting in 2022, they have been working as an Organizational Change Management Lead (Google Workspace) at HiView Solutions, and also as a Project Manager at International Justice Mission.

Mónica Beatriz Funes Martínez completed their education at various universities. In 1999, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a Diploma in Strategic Talent Management in Organizations at the same university, specializing in Human Resources Development.
