Reza Yaghoobi has accumulated extensive experience in customer affairs and technical support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Customer Affairs Expert at HiWEB since April 2021, Reza previously held the role of Technical Support Engineer at the same company from August 2020 to February 2021. Prior to joining HiWEB, Reza worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Shatel from May 2017 to August 2020. Reza holds a degree from Islamic Azad University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
