Siddharth Kannan began their work experience in 2005 as a Senior Technical Support Executive at Dell International Services. Siddharth then worked as a Recruitment Specialist at SummitHR and Superior Design International in 2007. In 2008, they joined Gurudrona Corporate Solutions Ltd. as a Recruitment & Training professional. From 2010 to 2011, Siddharth worked as a Training Consultant at Synergy Relationship Management Services Private Limited and later as a Training Executive at Firstsource Solutions Limited in 2011. In 2012, they joined IBM as a Recruitment Consultant until 2015. Siddharth worked as a Program Manager at MiPS Web Services Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, they have served as the Director - Customer Success at HiyaMee, a talent community platform.

Siddharth Kannan completed their primary education at St. John's Senior Secondary School from 1990 to 2001, obtaining their 10th degree in CBSE. Following this, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued higher education in Information Technology, earning a B.Tech degree in the same field from both Anna University and Velammal Engineering College.
