Nora Brown MHA, a passionate, committed humanitarian, brings over 15 years of project management experience in hospital and ambulatory care to Henry J. Austin Health Center. Nora thrives on maintaining balance and collaboration as she designs and leads initiatives that optimize organizational performance. These initiatives have improved the quality of care provided to patients and transformed provider organizations. Nora’s experience and advanced degree support her ability to translate business requirements into clinical team practice workflows that benefit the organization and clients. She is a data population health professional with extensive experience in FQHC concerns.

Cultural awareness is a critical component of Nora’s team building, practice facilitation, and transformation strategy. As the Director of Transformation, her mission is to improve the patient experience at Henry J. Austin Health Center by creating a unique care model through virtual and in-person patient care. A strong advocate for removing barriers to care and increasing services through mobile, virtual, and walk-in access between Henry J Austin and the community of Trenton and Mercer County to create a healthier New Jersey.
