Ken Chan

Ken Chan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Chief Meter Asset Management Engineer at The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. since May 2022, with responsibilities including metering strategy, technology evaluation, and program management. Prior to this role, Ken held various positions at CLP, contributing significantly to smart meter transformation and metering development over a decade. Previous experience also includes roles at Huawei Marine Network, Alcatel-Lucent, and Huawei, where responsibilities ranged from business development to technical project management and customer support. Ken holds a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich.
