Bryan Tonn has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Design Engineering Intern at Rosemount, where they developed test fixtures for inline pressure transmitters. In 2001, they interned at Sub-Zero Freezer Co., collaborating with various departments and suppliers to implement changes to existing product lines and design a system performance testing lab. From 2004 to 2009, they served as a Systems Design Engineer at Sub-Zero Freezer Co., leading an energy optimization initiative for refrigeration components and systems. Since 2009, Bryan has been with H+K International, where they held multiple roles, including Engineering Supervisor, Refrigeration Engineer, and RD Test Lab Manager. Bryan focused on R&D and innovation of new products for the commercial food-service industry, specializing in refrigeration systems and components. Bryan later became an Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for global engineering and reliability efforts in new product development for QSR customers. In August 2021, Bryan assumed the position of Director of Engineering at H+K International.
Bryan Tonn attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
