Emily Hoffman has a diverse work experience. Emily worked at HK Surgical, Inc. as a Customer Service Operations Specialist, where they processed orders and invoices, resolved customer issues, and built and maintained customer relationships. Emily also worked at Casa Palmera as a Peer Support Specialist and Administrative Billing Specialist, where they led treatment groups, assisted with intake processes, trained new hires, and updated policies and procedures. Emily also worked at PF Changs China Bistro as a Server, La Jolla Recovery as a Group Leader, and Texas Roadhouse as a Server, where they provided friendly and efficient customer service, managed inventory, and maintained safe alcohol and food services. Emily also worked at Hall Capital Management LLC as an Executive Assistant, assisting the CEO and managing tasks. In addition, Emily worked at Dish Restaurant as a Hostess.

Emily Hoffman attended Sonoma State University from 2016 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, with a minor in Creative Writing. In 2020, they enrolled at Palomar College and is currently pursuing a CADC 1 certification in Alcohol and Other Drug Studies.
