Wally Houston

Wally Houston has a robust background in program management and engineering, currently serving in a retired capacity at HKA since February 2021, while also working as a Federal Program Manager at HKA Enterprises since January 2004, where responsibilities include supporting staffing efforts for FEMA disaster recovery and other Federal projects. Before this, Wally Houston contributed significantly to Duke Energy from June 1972 to December 2003, holding roles such as Program Director and Engineering Manager. Wally Houston earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1970 and 1972.
